Our unique retreat combines eastern philosophies and traditional western approaches to help you change the way you think about yourself, dare to dream about what you can do and helps you with practical techniques to do this.
Our fully qualified specialists will work with you on a holistic wellbeing programme focusing on your mind,body and soul techniques. We use our innovative wellbeing model STEP. We will run mindfulness and mindful workshops and will offer specific yoga and meditation sessions. These workshops will help you to build your self-esteem and your confidence and give you the courage to take responsibility for your choices.
The retreat will be run in the lovely Nab Cottage, which offers beautiful surroundings to relax and unwind in, and meet some new friends.
The workshops are voluntary. We will also be offering some additional 121 sessions detailed on the flyer that can help you with any specific challenges.
